Christian Horn, Senior Vice President M&A and Strategic Affairs, terminates his current employement contract with NorDiag ASA but retains operational responsibilities as a consultant to the company. Horn will discontinue his participation in the company`s executive team, but will, as consultant, continue to focus on mergers and acquisitions and strategically important agreements for NorDiag.

The change of the employment status is expected to reduce NorDiag`s employee costs going forward.
