22 June 2012: Board of Directors' amended proposal regarding the use of the reduction amounts from the share premium fund and the share capital was by an oversight not fully corrected in the protocol. In the enclosed protocol this is corrected. For the sake of clarity there will not be any repayment to the shareholders of paid-up capital.
