31 March 2006: The Board of Directors today, 30/03/2006, approved the annual accounts for NorDiag ASA.

There were no deviations from the preliminary results for 2005, as presented at 21 February 2006.

Please find attached our annual report, which includes the Board of Directors` Report, the annual accounts with notes and the Auditor`s report. The annual report is to be approved at the ordinary general assembly 20 April 2006.
