Hain Lifescience has placed its first order for Arrow sample preparation kits with NorDiag. The order, which is approximately of NOK 700 000 confirms that the Arrow instrument will contribute to growth for NorDiag going forward with a substantial growth of reagent sales.

Hain Lifescience and NorDiag signed an OEM agreement in February this year, and Hain placed its first order for 25 Arrow instruments in March for delivery in June this year. (See stock exchange release of March 23).
 
The order for Arrow reagent kits confirms the potential for the Hain Lifescience OEM agreement as well as the potential for the Arrow instrument and sample preparation kits, comments CEO of NorDiag, Mårten Wigstøl.
 
Hain Lifesciences currently have a range of assays, among others Tuberculosis, H-pylori and C-diff. The tuberculosis assay is officially recommended by World Health Organization (WHO).
