9 Sep 2011: Reference is made to the stock exchange release as of today, September 9, regarding rights issue and extraordinary general meeting. Hereby the Company invites all shareholders to an information meeting TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 13 AT 1 PM. The meeting will take place at Thommessen AS, Haakon VII's gate 10, Vika, Oslo - Meeting room number 4, 9th floor. 
 
At the meeting the company's management will inform about the situation and answer questions from present shareholders. CEO Mårten Wigstøl, CFO Tone Kvåle and the deputy chairman of the board, Hans Hekland will represent the Company. The Company's advisors will also attend the meeting.
 
This will be the only invitation to this information meeting.
