ISSUANCE OF WARRANTS TO PRIMARY INSIDERS

Reference is made to the prospectus published by NorDiag ASA ("NorDiag" or the "Company") on 17 November 2011 whereby it was informed of warrants to be subscribed by key persons in the Company with a right to be allocated one share at a subscription price of NOK 0.08.
