Reference is made to the resolution at the General Meeting of NorDiag ASA (the "Company") held 2 November 2011.
 
The shares of the Company will trade exclusive the right to receive subscription rights in relation to the rights issue from and including tomorrow 15 November 2011, for shares purchased on the stock exchange with the standard T +3 settlement in the Central Securities Depository (VPS).
