Mandatory notification of trade

26 March 2007: Sarsia Innovation AS has bought 25,000 shares in NorDiag ASA from Roger Løvlie at a share price of NOK 8.50. Sarsia Innovation AS`s holding after the transaction is 207,500 shares and Roger Løvlie`s holding is 20,353 shares in NorDiag ASA.
