10. October 2012:  The buyer of the NorDiag business, Biotrin International Limited, DiaSorin AB and DiaSorin Inc has notified NORDA ASA of a potential deficiencies claims totalling to approximately € 700.000 under the sellers warranty. NORDA and its legal advisors are evaluating the validity of the claim.
