11 July 2012: Reference is made to warrants issued to employees as compensation for the reduction in wages, approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of NorDiag ASA held on 2 November 2011. The warrants had an exercise price of NOK 0.08 and a time span for redemption by the end of 2013. As a consequence of NorDiag's sale of assets to Biotrin International Limited, Biotrin International Limited, Norwegian Branch, DiaSorin AB and DiaSorin Inc. May 4, 2012, NORDA ASA has entered into an agreement to terminate all warrants and award a compensation of NOK 0.02 per warrant. As of May 4, 2012   43,387,537 warrants were issued. The agreement entails a compensation payment of NOK  867 751.
