NOTICE OF EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING
NOT FOR RELEASE, PUBLICATION OR DISTRIBUTION, IN WHOLE OR IN PART DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, IN AUSTRALIA, CANADA, JAPAN OR THE UNITED STATES.
Reference is made to NorDiag ASA's ("NorDiag" or the "Company") stock exchange announcement on 26 March 2012, regarding the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting on 16 April 2012, to resolve on, inter alia, the issuance of shares and warrants, and an authority for the Board of Directors to issue shares, as well as approval of a potential asset sale of the Company's business.
The Board of Directors of the Company has decided to call for a separate Extraordinary General Meeting to be held 23 April 2012 to resolve on the potential asset sale of the Company's business. The proposal implies that the approval of the asset sale will not be dealt with at the General Meeting on 16 April 2012, and, accordingly, item 8 in the notice dated 26 March 2012 is withdrawn and postponed until the General Meeting on 23 April 2012. The Board of Directors intends to provide further details of a potential asset sale at or prior to this General Meeting.
