Hans Hekland, vice chairman of the board of NorDiag ASA, has bought 157,107 shares in the private placement through the investment company Hannibal Invest. Total number of shares after this transaction is 823,204.

Dagfinn Øgreid, medical director of NorDiag ASA, has through his wholly owned company Colon AS bought 83,333 shares and owns 998,912 shares after this transaction.
