Reference is made to notification 20 March 2007 regarding the registration of the share capital increase and the board resolution resolving the rights issue. The prospectus issued in relation to the share issues and the rights issue has been approved and published. Furthermore, the allocation key for the number of Subscription Rights to be issued per share held as of 20 March 2007 has been corrected, so that the Company will issue 1 Subscription Right for each 19.7756 share held by shareholders per 20 March 2007, and not 1 Subscription Right for each 19.9527 share held.
