The share capital increase in relation to the issuance of the 9,799,982 new shares in NorDiag to the Genpoint shareholders and the issuance of 3,839,938 new shares in NorDiag under the private placement announced on 2 March 2007 has been registered in the Register of Business Enterprises.

As a result of the above share issues, NorDiag’s share capital has been increased to NOK 3,714,734.50, divided into 37,147,345 shares each of a nominal value of NOK 0.10.

The new shares will be admitted to trading when the prospectus prepared in relation the listing and the planned rights issue has been approved and published.
