The Board of Directors today, 22/03/2007, approved the financial statements for NorDiag ASA.

There were no deviations from the preliminary results for 2006, as presented at 22 February 2007.

Please find attached our annual report, which includes the report from the Board of Directors, the Financial Statements including notes and the Auditor’s report. The annual general meeting will be held 20 April 2007.
