CFO Marit Wick in NorDiag has resigned from the company. She will continue to work with new venture projects. The Board is grateful for her contributions during 4 years. Tone Kvåle is appointed new CFO in the company. Kvåle has a bachelor degree in finance and accounting. She has 11 years international experience at CFO level in the biotechnology industry, and her previous employers are Dynal Biotech ASA and Invitrogen Corporation in California. She is today CFO in Kavli Holding.

Wick will serve as CFO until Kvåle starts at the latest 01.10.2007.
