Bergen, 20 April 2007; The Annual General Meeting of NorDiag ASA was held on 20 April 2007 at 2 p.m. at the High Technology Center, Bergen.

In total 68.2% of the total share capital was represented at the General Meeting. All proposals of the Board set out in the Notice were unanimously approved by the votes cast and the share capital represented on the General Meeting.
