10 July 2008: Braganza AS has been allotted 1,735,137 new shares in NorDiag ASA at a price of NOK 2.00 in the rights issue of the company. In total, Braganza AS will own 3,630,337 shares in NorDiag ASA, which amounts to about 6.8% of the share capital.
