19 September 2007: Biovekst AS has today bought 5 000 shares in NorDiag ASA at a share price of NOK 6.70. Biovekst AS`s holding after the transaction is 2 171 607 shares (5.7%) in NorDiag ASA. Primary Insider and member of the board of NorDiag ASA, Jan Olav Steensland, is member of the board of Biovekst AS.  Jan Olav Steensland is also CEO and member of the board of Skagenkaien Eiendom AS which holds 238 547 shares in NorDiag ASA.
