4 October 2007: Biovekst AS has bought 24000 shares in NorDiag ASA at an average share price of 6,59. Biovekst AS`s holding after the transaction is 2 219 606 shares (5,8%) in NorDiag ASA. Primary Insider and member of the board of Nordiag ASA, Ann-Kristin Hageløkken, is CEO in Biovekst AS.
