Attached are the minutes from the Annual General Meeting in NorDiag held today, 4 May 2010. 31 543 294 (50.8%) of the company's outstanding shares were represented in the General Meeting.

All resolutions made were in accordance with the recommendations from the Board of Directors and the Nomination Committee.
 
The General Meeting approved the Annual Accounts and the Annual Report for the financial year of 2009, as proposed by the Board of Directors, including the covering of loss.
 
Greta Bentzen was elected as new board member. She is the CEO of Norwegian institute of water research (NIVA). Bentzen has wide experience from companies like Norsk Bioferm AS, Norsk Hydro ASA, Eurofins and Norsk Matanalyse AS. Bentzen holds a master degree in chemistry and a dr.ing degree in Biochemistry from the Institute of Biotechnology at  Norges Teknisk Naturvitenskapelig Universitet (NTNU), Trondheim. She has also been a postdoctoral fellow at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Boston.
