03 July 2012: Reference is made to the Annual General Meeting of Norda ASA held on 21 June 2012 and the stock exchange notice on the same day.
 
The change of the company name from NorDiag ASA to Norda ASA has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The company has also changed its business address to Stortingsgata 28, 0161, Oslo, C/O Andenæsgruppen AS.
 
Simultaneously, the company registered the issue of 80 new shares to Hannibal Invest AS, and a consolidation of the 279,880,800 shares of the company in the ratio of 100:1, so that 100 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.02, becomes one new share with a nominal value of NOK 2.

Following the above changes, the share capital share capital of the company is NOK 5,597,616 divided into 2,798,808 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 2. The share consolidation will be effective with respect to trading in the company's shares as of Wednesday 4 July 2012 as the "per  date" (ex consolidation).
