21. March 2013: Reference is made to the Annual General Meeting of NORDA ASA held on 21 June 2012 and the stock exchange notice on the same day.

The resolved share capital reduction of NOK 4,595,641.136 has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. After this, the share capital of the company is NOK 1,001,974.864 divided into 2,798,808 shares, each with a nominal value of NOK 0.35800057.
