Bergen, 20 April 2006: The Annual General Meeting for NorDiag ASA was held 20 April 2006 at 16:00h at the High Technology Center, Bergen.

In total 72,27% of the total share capital was represented at the General Meeting. All proposals in the summon were approved unanimously from the cast votes as well as from the share capital represented on the General Meeting.
